This Privacy Policy describes how Deploytive ("Deploytive", "we", "us", or "our"), a B2B software development company based in Miami, Florida (USA), collects, uses, and protects the personal information of people who interact with our website and services.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Name — so we can address you properly.
• Email address — so we can reply to your inquiry.
• Project type — to understand your needs.
• Message — the content you choose to share with us.

We do not collect special categories of data (sensitive data) and do not request payment information through the site.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• To respond to your request and manage pre-contractual business communication. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (GDPR arts. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
• Security and abuse prevention (protecting the form from spam and bots). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Where the legal basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

4. Spam protection with reCAPTCHA

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate users from automated access and to protect the contact form. To do so, reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and send it to Google for analysis.

5. Recipients and providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data when strictly necessary to provide the service or comply with the law, in particular with:

• Google (reCAPTCHA), as described in the previous section.
• Competent authorities, where there is a legal obligation.

Our site and the form data are hosted on our own infrastructure (VPS servers managed by Deploytive), not on third-party platforms that trade in data.

6. Response channels

Once we receive your inquiry, we may contact you by email or via WhatsApp (if you initiate the conversation through that channel), solely to respond to your request.

7. Data retention

We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the resulting business relationship. If no relationship is established, we delete or anonymize the data within a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer statutory retention obligation applies.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access — know what data we process about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request that we delete your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Objection and restriction — object to certain processing or request its restriction.

Under the CCPA, California residents also have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion, as well as the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Deploytive does not sell personal information.

9. How to exercise your rights

You may exercise any of these rights, free of charge, by sending a request to freddy@deploytive.com . We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may request additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls over our VPS infrastructure.

11. International transfers

Our servers are located in the USA. If you contact us from outside the USA, your data will be processed there. The use of reCAPTCHA may involve transfers to Google under its own safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page, together with its last-updated date.
